Just wanted to tell you that your books always give me a boost and help me reboot! So you have added tons of sunshine and sprinkled sugar to me in my life whenever I am having a bad day! Hang in there you are an amazing author and for sure my favorite! I read your books over and over and can never get enough so thanks again!

Every heroine reminds me of my sisters or roommates in collage. The dialogues, the jokes, insecurities, and the secrets shared with sisters and friends hit really close to home and remind me when I was young. I have read each book 3 times and couldn't fathom picking a favorite. But I can say... Marcia Lynn McClure is my favorite author!

I've been reading Marcia's books for years now. Got my entire family hooked on them...well the girl part of the family anyway. The very first novel I ever read, and my favorite one to this day, is Shackles of Honor. Could NOT put that sucker down. I love period romances and that one was superb. My next favorite was Visions of Ransom Lake. Could NOT put that sucker down either. I could pretty much say the same thing for every single book of hers. Love them. Must have them. Must read them. CANNOT put them down. Sigh. I never get anything done, really. 🙂

I am a new FAN of Marcia Lynn McClure! Her novels are delicious and wonderful. I attended her "Dinner and a Chat" on June 29th and found her delightful and full of life. The gorgeous cowboys and her awesome husband didn't hurt either! Keep the romances coming!

I just finished Kissing Cousins...I have to admit I was a little afraid of the title. I absolutly loved it! Swaggart is my new favorite male lead. I am usually more into your historical romance novels, but this is now my second favorite that you have written (Shackles of Honor being the first). My life has been so hectic crazy lately and I havn't found time to read much. When I saw this book at the library, I grabbed it thinking that I might be able to finish it with in the month's check out time. Somehow I found all kinds of time to read it and complete this book in a matter of days. I am always excited to see when you have a new book out, please keep them coming.

McClure's books are absolutely the most romantic books ever written! They make me chortle, sigh, and squeal over the delightfully spicy heroines and yummy hero's, much to the annoyance of my family and friends. These books have really given me a sense of happiness, not just because it's garaunteed to be well-written but because it's also a book I can recommend without feeling a tinge of guilt because the book has some nasty scenes. Books with romance and no sex are exceptionally hard to find and as an 18 year old girl it can be difficult not to succumb to the ease of picking a trashy romance novel just because its the new trend.
It's really hard for me to completely express my fervent gratitude to Mrs. McClure for writing these books. They give me such a feeling of worth and remind me that I don't need to find a guy just to have a guy. I know that I'll get that passionate love someday and I can wait patiently, knowing that I don't need to put myself out, reminded that he will find my modesty a treasure and not an annoyance.
There are so many things I can say, such as Mrs. McClure's Author Notes. Mrs. McClure sometimes talk about some really personal things which comfort and inspire me. The first example that comes to mind is in Midnight Masquerade when Mrs. McClure talked about the time in your life when Mrs. McClure started to withdraw from society. I don't know how but this was extremely helpful to me because I have always had problems on behaving appropriately in social settings and picking up social cues. Every day is a challenge that exhausts me. I mess up so often with my sharp tongue, rash actions ( whether for good or ill), and social blunders I have my own little nickname for them: "wince-worthy moments" because looking back I can't help but, well, wince. Knowing that someone like Mrs. McClure suffered difficulties similar to mine and triumphed gives me a last hope.
I just wanted to make sure that Mrs. McClure knows how appreciative I am for all the hard work she had obviously put into writing these fantastic books. Thank you so much. I am incapable of expressing the depths of my gratitude to you. Thank you and please keep writing!
