Ive been sewing baby blankets like crazy!! 3 out of 4 of my sister in laws are pregnant and then my dear friend just had twin baby girls! So needless to say Im a sewing mad women!!! Love it!!
my current craft projects all currently revolve around redoing furniture and frames to give off that antique look, i love the shabby chic look! and the $25 michales gift card sounds awesome !

I have way too many craft projects going on. A gift card would be heaven sent! Lets see….I made a list yesterday so that I wouldn’t forget any but I just realized I didn’t add that I want to make a new spring wreath.

Oh what fun!!! I just had baby girl #3 and I’m wanting to put her name on the wall with some mod-podged wooden letters (to match her two sisters’ names that are already on the wall). That’s the current project on the to-do list. I’m also working on her “mommy quilt.” I made each of my other two girls a special quilt with a pocket to hold a little dolly, and a hand-embroidered love note from me on one of the quilt squares. They call it their “mommy quilt.”
I just picked up some fabric from JoAnn’s remnant section to make a little dress or skirt for my 2 year old girl, but I could always use more crafting supplies!
I have a ton of crafts that I want to make… a birthday board for my mom, a child’s rocking chair for me and one for my sister, crochet projects, wreaths, aprons, baby stuff, a tent for my darling son with a matching sleeping bag… I could go on and on!
I always have some crafts going that uses yarn.
Not only is Kevin very good looking, he is also a very nice man. It was so fun to have him sit and visit with us on the 23rd and give us a chance to get to know him a bit too. And I was impressed that he knew my name as soon as he saw me that night. I think he is almost as cool as you are Marcia.
I LOVE that you put your husband on a cover! He’s a very handsome man! My husband would have never let me do that! You’re bravery is to be admired! On the other note; Michael’s is about the only true craft store worth going to around here. The other 2 either don’t have what I need or are too expensive. We’re very limited in this area! That’s a great giveaway!
I like that you husband is on the cover! That is one of the best ones I’ve seen! My crafts? Making a ton of skirts! I’m thinking about making some to donate in the future!
I think the new book cover is genious! Of course I pictured my husband but who didn’t. Craft hmmmm, yes gift cards are awesome cause you pick what you want. I get the flower wire to make gum paste flowers. I know not exciting, but that”s what I get unless I make clothes or quilts.
Others are way more creative, I just wanted to comment on the awesome book cover!

I just love Michaels! It seems like I always have a craft or two that I’m working on. Right now I am cross-stitching a flower wall hanging and making myself some jewelry. I have to keep mysel busy whil I watch a movie so it’s either eating junk food or doing somthing crafty!

Have read one, and am starting on another. Bought a 3-in-1 book from B&N, westerns, I believe. Loved the first, (Kissing Cousins) and I’m sure I will love the next 3 too. Will have to get the book with your hubby on the cover after I’m done with the others. I would love to win the Michaels card. I’ve wanted to try polymer clay, but haven’t bought it yet. I would try it out for sure if I won the card!!! Have a great day!!

I’m focusing on learning to sew this spring. I’m making matching skirts for my two sisters, my five nieces and myself. They are going to be soo cute! I’m also collecting fabric for a quilt that I’m really excited about! It’s a project for a friend who has helped me through a lot because she reminds me that life is never as dark as it feels! It’s going to be an autumny quilt so I’m very slowly collecting the fabric. Oh! And then there are the five million crocheting projects I’m working on including an afghan for my “brother” who is in the Marine Corps. He doesn’t know about that yet…it’s a surprise! And yes, gift cards are the best! People don’t think I’m serious when I say that’s what I want for my birthday.
Have sooo many projects that I’m in the middle of…mostly projects for my kids. Then will move on to home decor projects.
